About the Author
Joyce Karnis, PT has been a physical therapist for over 20 years and has studied Myofascial Release extensively with John F. Barnes, P.T. since 1999.
She has witnessed profound improvements in posture, flexibility, and pain for her patients and has been honored to facilitate their return to normal daily activities and a sense of well being by offering this form of therapy.
Joyce was employed at the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Treatment center in Malvern, Pennsylvania where she worked as part of a highly trained team of therapists offering Myofascial Release to patients from throughout the United States and internationally from 2011-2014. She now lives in her native state of New Hampshire.
